Jacuzzi® Hot Tubs

Our experience with Backyard Spa and Leisure was nothing but top notch. Bridget helped us find the perfect Jacuzzi for our family. When there was a slight bobble with the delivery, Bridget worked above and beyond to resolve it beautifully. She communicated well and even followed through to return a promised call just before heading home early with a migraine!

Couldn’t be happier. From walking into the store all the way to installation. I still have work to do on the structure. Their service has been amazing, and the installer was excellent. 100% would recommend this company.

Their service was excellent, the delivery was fast and professional. The sales rep Chris was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I got the spa that was the best fit for me.

Remarkably great customer service during every point of sale and a seamless delivery and install. We love our new Sundance Spa, a quality product. While I was shopping in the store several customers entered, they were addressed by name, their needs quickly handled. I liked seeing that service and hearing jokes and stories shared. A personalized atmosphere and they do what they promise. All good reasons to shop locally.

I am absolutely thrilled with this company, and I’m a difficult person to please. Prior to buying a hot tub, I took the time to visit every single spa company in town, and I did a lot of research before finally deciding. I was impressed with Backyard Spa & Leisure from the moment I walked in: I never felt pressured by anyone, but the moment I had a question, someone was right there to answer it. I picked them for several reasons: 1) They are local 2) They have been around for decades now, and service their own hot tubs 3) The hot tubs are very well designed, and backed by solid warranties 4) The hot tubs are incredible looking, and have strong jets. 5) The hot tubs are very well priced 6) They are build to last 7) In sum, this company never over promised, but in the end, they over delivered. I’m extremely impressed, and I’m glad I did my homework before deciding on them.

Most spa companies tried to sell me a huge spa when all I wanted was a spa for two. Mike was amazing, he got me the spa I wanted for a price I was happy with. Installation was great and purchasing chemicals with them is always easy. Highly recommend!!
